I have been around the construction industry for most of my life. My father was a contractor for many years & had several businesses along the way. He taught me the value of treating the customer with caring & respect. He said we need to be aware of what we say & do in their homes. We need to treat this as we would if it was our home. At first I didn’t understand what he meant by that but now I know and live by it.
I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years & Ive seen good and bad ones as well as worked for both. I want to be different and provide my customers with the level of confidence I would expect from a service provider that I would hire to work on my own home.
So I started the Get It Done Guy. I want my customers to be happy or over joyed at the work I have done for then so they would recommend me to their friends, family members or even coworkers. I pride myself on caring about the customer as well as their needs & concerns.
With any job I have been hired to complete is to make sure my customer is kept informed of the job progress, problems as well as solutions. It is a partnership between my self & the customer. I care about my customers…
I had a customer recently ask me if he helped with removal of his deck if it would save money. I said yes but if he did to please be careful. The customer thanked me and said I was the first bidding contractor to say that.
